AP Skin Cancellation Policy

AP Skin is a small appointment-based aesthetician business. Appointment time is reserved especially for each client, so notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Notice period

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. This allows the appointment time to be offered to another client.

Late cancellations and no-shows

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may require a deposit or prepayment before a future booking is accepted. AP Skin may also charge a cancellation fee where reasonable and clearly communicated before a repeat booking.

Late arrival

If you arrive late, AP Skin will do its best to accommodate you. However, your treatment time may need to be shortened so that the next client is not delayed. If there is not enough time to complete the treatment safely and properly, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Treatment suitability

Some treatments may not be suitable if you are pregnant, taking certain medication, using active skincare ingredients, have a recent sunburn, have open wounds, or have a medical condition that affects skin healing. AP Skin may reschedule, adjust, or decline a treatment if it is not clinically appropriate on the day.

How to cancel or reschedule

To cancel or reschedule, contact AP Skin as soon as possible by email at Arianna@apskin.ie or through the contact details provided when your appointment is confirmed.

AP Skin understands that emergencies happen. If something unavoidable occurs, please get in touch as soon as you can.
